I just recently bought a penthouse apartment at the Las Terrazas de la Torre and I must say I couldn’t have bought a more satisfying Spanish property than this with the exceptional help from Lynda of Espana Properties. My husband and I regularly visit Murcia on business trips and the apartment is certainly worth the investment in saving us hotel expenses for weeks on end.

Not only that, I consider the breathtaking view from our windows and its proximity to the Costa Calida beaches and golf course a relaxing opportunity to take a side vacation as well. I have yet to bring our kids with us but I’m sure they’ll love the apartment and its location. Our colleagues in the airline travel business will have a surprise when I tell them about it. They’ll be really envious when I show them the pictures we got on our last trip.

There are still some units left and I have a friend who just might be interested as she frequents European capitals as often as I do. She’s not into golf as I do but I am sure the beach would be an interesting getaway. I hope I can expect a referral commission when she gets one!

The first moments I laid eyes on your Mar Menor resort homes I told myself this has to be the perfect gift to our newly wedded son Jonathan and our beautiful daughter-in-law Christina. My late wife would not have objected and I promptly put in the reservation and deposit last August for a villa nearest the Mar Menor lagoon. Such a wonderful sight from the terrace. I initially wanted it near the Intercontinental Hotel & Spa as my son is a fitness buff who swims and does weights in a gym regularly. But I got a pleasant surprise when your lead agent Michelle reserved both options until we decide on which unit to get.

I wanted to let you know how much I love the villas you have for sale. I just love their mix of Mediterranean and Castilian architecture. It brings back memories when I was still a student in Spain. I bought one at Hacienda del Alamo last June and it looks on target to be finished in time. I spent the rest of the summer on the coastal beaches of Costa Calida. Can’t wait to have it completed this Christmas

I am going to liquidate the few stocks and bonds I had invested over the years and plan to payoff the balance. I plan to return to my beloved Spain with my wife Anna this Christmas for a much longer vacation. She will certainly love the villa and its commanding view of the golf course. Simply great! Just might decide to retire there. Hope to lure my Andalusian friends and business colleagues to invest in any of your properties, particularly near my villa at Del Alamo. I have referred your real estate portfolio to my expatriate colleagues at work to see if they like to invest on your Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort. The villas look stunning and my wife is very much pleased with our investment in one of these villas. She plans to visit her grandmother next year and we hope to see the house completed by then. Hope the check for the deposit is in order as we had to leave for London in a hurry.
