This bright and airy stunning Alcor Villa occupies a quit location and has been built to the highest specification with rustic tiling throughout and every modern convenience. As it is intended to be our home , we have furnished it to a very high standard.

There is air conditioning and central heating throughout, the kitchen is fully fitted including an American style fridge freezer dispensing ice and filtered water all day long.

The living room with it’s cathedral- like high ceilings has been furnished with leather sofas and oak furniture and together with the wall hangings and lighting combine to create a luxurious ambiance. The French doors and windows with traditional wooden shutters provide a delightful outlook onto the patio to the rear and sides and also onto the swimming pool.

The lounge has been equipped with a 32 inch LCD television and DVD player. There are three bedrooms together with a double bed sofa in the lounge.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi bath and shower and double sink. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and are served by a separate shower room - all have large fitted wardrobes.

Outside there is a private swimming pool and shower, a terraced pergola provides a pleasant seating area with sun loungers. On the side of the villa accessed from the kitchen, lounge and pool area is a covered barbecue terrace with table and chairs to provide that ‘al-fresco’ dining experience. During the balmy summer months this area receives a refreshingly cool breeze.

In the front there is a private car port together with room for 2-3 further cars.
