Guaranteed Rental Scheme

By purchasing a unit on the Medina Elvira resort, you are able to take advantage of an amazing guaranteed rental scheme for up to a TEN YEAR renewable period! This annual guaranteed rental yield is fixed at 5% of the purchase price of your property.

Once you become the freehold owner of your property, you have the option to sign the 'Guaranteed Rental Contract' with one of the most prestigious property management companies in Europe.

You will not be able to use the property for the duration of your agreement although signing with this management company will enable you to enjoy reduced rental rates at any one of their numerous resorts throughout Southern Spain.

In exchange for signing your property over, you are guaranteed a 5% return. Rental funds are transferred to the property owner on a monthly basis and transferred in accordance with the owners instructions to any bank account in any country.
